HOURS OF OPERATION & SEASON CALENDAR
Starting in 2011, the pool will be open from Memorial Day-Labor Day with the intent of extending opening & closing dates by a few weeks (weather permitting). The pool will be open 7 days/week (including Mondays when clubhouse is closed).
6:00am-10:50am Adult Lap Swim, Water Fitness & Swim Lessons
11:00am-7:30pm Open Swim
AMENITIES - SNACK BAR, POOL SIZES
Facility will have two (2) outdoor heated pools (82-86 degrees) with snack bar, restrooms & changing area
1. Junior Olympic six (6) lane pool (25 meters front to back – depth 4’-7’)
2. Kiddie Pool with cascading shower feature
Snack Bar – will have food & beverages available for consumption in designated areas 9:30am-7:30pm
Restrooms/Changing Areas – will have shower units but no lockers to store personal items
Swim Team – the club plans to have a team compete in the 2011 Mid Lakes Swim League
GUEST FEE POLICIES & CHILDREN
$8/person - same individual guest limited to 5 visits/year
$6/person (immediate family – grandparents etc.) - same guest limited to 12 visits/year
Guests must be accompanied by a Premier Member and register with attendant
There will be not be a limit to total number of guests/visit but club reserves the right to alter policy based on attendance/capacity. If non-member immediate families are planning to visit for an extended period of time, please contact club for details. Guest privileges may be limited during peak periods.
Children under the age of (8) must be accompanied by an adult
Children under ten (10) may take a swim test to enter the deep end
Children under six (6) must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times
Q&A
During 2011, the first full season, when will the pool open? Will it be seasonal?
The core season will be Memorial Day to Labor Day, with intent of a limited schedule two weeks prior and two weeks following these dates respectively.
Must you be a member to use the pool?
Yes, members of the club who have purchased a Premier membership, or have upgraded to the same will have access to the pool. They may, however, bring member and non-member guests according to guest policy.
What is the guest policy?
Members may bring guests to the pool. A particular guest may visit the pool up to four (4) times per year. Guest privileges may be limited during peak periods and guest visitation annual limits may change at the sole and absolute discretion of the club. There will be a cost of $8 per guest. Initially, there will not be a limit to the number of guests one can bring per visit; however, the club reserves the right to alter this initial approach as attendance / flow dictate.
Are there different guest fees for (non-member) immediate family?
Yes. Immediate Family (defined as children, grandchildren, parents and grandparents of the member who are not otherwise members of the Club) will have the right to use the swimming facility up to 12 times during each season at a reduced guest fee rate of $6 per immediate family member per visit. In addition, if Immediate Family live outside of a 50 mile radius from the Club and are visiting the member for an extended period, the member should contact the Club regarding guest privileges during the Immediate Family's stay in the area.
What will be the Hours of Operation?
In general, the pool will have Open Swim (7) seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m during the core season. (later in mid summer months). The pool will be closed during a portion of the Boeing Event. There is always the possibility of early closure during inclimate weather.
What type of programming will be available?
A mix of adult lap swim and programming, swim lessons, as well as occasional pool functions and parties will make up the swim schedule.

How does “adult morning lap swim” work?
We will be open at approximately 6:00am for a designated period of time for those interested in an early morning option. Other designated times and or dedicated lap swim lanes may be made available throughout the day. The club will provide kick boards, deck clocks, and all lanes equipped with lane lines
Can I bring my own food to the pool area?
Outside food and drink is not permitted in the pool area.
Will the pool have lifeguards on duty at all times?
There will be a guard on duty during all programming and open swim
Can I drop my children off since it is a guarded pool?
Any children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
