Trina Curry –TPC’s Yoga Instructor

Trina has been instructing yoga in the Seattle and Eastside areas for more than 10 years and has studied with and is certified by many inspiring teachers, including Ana Forrest, Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury, Shiva Rea, Bryan Kest, Helen Garabedian and many others.  She enjoys discovering and practicing many different yoga styles but is most fond of Forrest yoga.  Besides yoga, Trina loves participating in pilates, Zumba, kickboxing, and barre 3 classes.  She also enjoys playing golf, mountain biking and snowboarding. Trina has been instructing the TPC Signature Yoga Class since 2004. 

Trina's TPC classes are constructed and based on the teachings of Ana Forrest, creator of Forrest Yoga.  Trina encourages each person to listen to their own body and practice their poses with integrity, compassion and awareness.  Her classes are customized and sequenced with emphasis on allowing individuals of all fitness levels to participate and enjoy. 

In the Fall through Spring months, Trina also offers Itsy Bitsy Yoga sessions for babies and toddlers (crawling through age 4), which are designed to involve movement and interaction between the child and their caregiver.
