We are excited to dive head first into summer with the opening our of our swimming pool. We will dip our toes in the water this first season by offering morning lap swim and water fitness, followed by swimming lessons before the pool opens for general swim.
Lap Swim
We will be offering daily lap swim sessions every morning for 6:30am- 8:00am. Lane lines will be set up for your convenience. You will be provided with a deck clock and kick boards
Water Fitness
Aquatic exercise is often recommended for people with limited mobility, because of the buoyancy; people can move with more ease through the water with stiff joints and injuries although is a great exercise for anyone! When performed on a regular basis one can develop muscle tone as well as a great deal of flexibility. Ai Chi techniques will be incorporated in these fitness classes as it is strongly encouraged for stress relief and a healthy mind and body relationship.
Aqua Zumba
What is Aqua Zumba? An aquatic workout with all the benefits, fun and excitement of a Zumba class!! It incorporates the various Latin American/International Rhythms where the same ZUMBA land dances are modified and adapted to the aquatic environment without losing the basic entity and flavor that makes ZUMBA class so much fun on land.
